I never set out to become a CEO. Rather, it is the result of my curiosity and joy in constantly developing myself and the tasks that drive me. I am neither Chief nor Executive and certainly not Officer. I would like to redefine the acronym as follows: Customer, Employee, Orientation - this statement then applies to all employees at itnetX and everyone can and should be a CEO.
It is important to me to continue to rely on my interface functions in the future. Either to customers or to internal transformation. Making processes and projects simpler, faster and better is my passion and drives me to strive for the best every day, for itnetX and our customers.
Many companies, including itnetX, are undergoing a transformation. Technology is important, but the path to the customer experience seems more important, more exciting and more creative to me. Especially with regard to the cloud - a complex and immense topic in which it is easy to get lost. SMEs often face a major challenge on their journey to the cloud. All providers talk about "the journey to the cloud"... itnetX would like to turn it around: it's easier if the customer doesn't go to the cloud, but we bring the cloud to the SMEs. Imagine how exciting the IT environment will be when technology and digitalization put people at the center. That's exactly where I want to apply the leverage. We at itnetX will be pursuing precisely this path in the future.
It remains to be seen whether I am better suited to the challenges of accompanying itnetX through this transformation as a woman than as a man. The fact is that diversity is needed, especially in thought. Contrariness makes the difference and helps to improve existing systems and to think outside the box. In any case, I am looking forward to the journey of making the cloud more customer-oriented and more human!
