Fair wages in line with the market: Our salary system is based on neutral criteria and is designed to ensure fair remuneration in line with the market. The function, experience and personal performance are taken into account.
Profit sharing: Our success is based on the commitment and expertise of our employees. We therefore allow them to share in these successes in the form of additional remuneration. 🏆💸

With us, flexible working means more than just working from home: you can work when and where it suits you best. There are no fixed office attendance requirements. Place of work: Work wherever you want: in your home office, in one of our offices in Glattbrugg or Bern, in one of Swisscom's Swiss buildings or simply on the move.
Workation: Work during the day and reward yourself with a dip in the sea in the afternoon? No problem, with the workation option you can also move your place of work abroad for a certain period of time. 🏄‍♀️
Working hours: Flexible organization of working hours according to your personal needs.
Vacation: At least 5 weeks of vacation, plus up to 10 days of vacation can be purchased per year

You will receive a Swisscom subscription (NATEL® go Europe), with which you benefit from unlimited telephony, SMS and mobile data in Switzerland, the EU and Western Europe. We also contribute CHF 400 towards your cell phone when you join and every two years thereafter. 📱
