Conditions of participation in the "Bring a Friend" competition

1. Organizer
The competition is organized by itnetX AG, Industriestrasse 46, 8152 Glattbrugg, Switzerland.

2. eligibility to participate
All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate years, independentäThe registration is open to children, regardless of their place of residence, who register together with an accompanying person.

3. condition of participation

• Participation is free of charge and does not require a purchase.
• Main and accompanying person must physically attend one of the three events: Bern on 18.09.2025 / Lucerne on 23.09.2025 / Zurich on 25.09.2025
• Attendance will be verified on site via a list of participants.
• Only couples who are present in full (main person and accompanying person) will be entered into the prize draw.
• By taking part in the competition, participants agree to these conditions of participation.

4. participation period
The competition runs from 2. August 2025 (00:00) until 25. September 2025 (23:59). Participations outside this period are invalid.

5. price & value
The prize is a 2-hour AI workshop, individually tailored to the specific use case of the respective company, at no additional cost. The estimated market value is approx. CHF 800.

6. winner determination & notification

• One winner will be chosen at random from all valid participants across the three events.
• The draw will take place within 7 days of the 26th. September 2025 (no later than 3. October 2025).
• Winners will be notified by e-mail; the names will not be made public.
• If the winner does not respond within 10 days, itnetX AG reserves the right to conduct a new draw.

7. other

• The prize is neither transferable nor payable in cash.
• Legal recourse is excluded. No correspondence will be entered into about the competition.
