Despite her permanent responsibility at the service desk, Laura particularly appreciates the flexibility of the team. "Support always has to be covered - of course. But we talk to each other as a team, so I also find time for my further training and my fitness program alongside my job," she says. She works out at the gym almost every day and continues her training alongside her job - a balancing act that works thanks to good team coordination.

And there's no shortage of fun either: joint activities and team events strengthen the sense of togetherness and create many good memories.

Laura completed her training in IT at the Technical Vocational School in Zurich and is currently completing further training to become a Cloud Native Engineer. At the same time, she is working a 70% position at itnetX and assists customers with day-to-day IT support.
