itnetX appoints new management team

We are pleased to announce the new composition of the Executive Board as of today. Patrick Mutzner, Head of Modern Cloud, Herbert Rickert, Head of Modern Workplace and Operations, and Markus Amato, Head of Sales and Marketing, together with Chief Execution Officer Roland Bieri, form the new Executive Board of itnetX.

Roland Bieri, has been managing itnetX since November 1, 2022: "Together with the itnetX teams, I look forward to inspiring our customers every day and making an important contribution to their business success with our Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 services. I am also very pleased that the itnetX management team is now being expanded by three competent colleagues."

Patrick Mutzner, Head of Modern Cloud

Patrick Mutzner has been working for itnetX for over five years. He has a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Informatics and is very familiar with the company, its processes, portfolio and customers thanks to his many years with the company. He has been Head of Modern Cloud at itnetX for two years: "After more than 13 years in the IT industry, I am very much looking forward to the challenges of my new role. The experience that I gain every day with my colleagues from the Azure team with and at our customers will continue to be a very important part and therefore the basis for my work and decisions. My goal and my passion: to inspire many more customers with our expertise and support their journey to the cloud in a targeted and sustainable way. Our standardized and therefore scalable products and services, closely linked to Microsoft's Azure and M365 portfolio, are of central importance in this regard. With Roland, Markus, Herbert and our teams, I have motivated and enthusiastic colleagues and therefore the perfect foundation to continue to grow and achieve our ambitious goals."

Markus Amato, Head of Marketing & Sales

Markus Amato will join itnetX on April 1, 2023. He has held various key roles at ICT service providers and has worked at Aveniq for the last twelve years, most recently as Head of Sales Management, where he was responsible for new customer business and company growth. In addition to his role as Head of Sales and Marketing, Markus Amato will complete the Executive Board: "As a committed team player, I am very much looking forward to working with the team and my colleagues on the Executive Board to realize itnetX's next corporate successes. My goal is to further increase customer satisfaction, acquire new customers and exciting projects and play a leading role in Switzerland's cloud transformation."

Herbert Rickert, Head of Modern Workplace & Operations

Herbert Rickert, Head of Modern Workplace & Operations, joined itnetX last fall from Aveniq. Originally from Germany, Herbert Rickert has been working in management positions in the Microsoft 365 environment in Switzerland for around ten years. "Of course I'm looking forward to the new challenge. With around 23 years of professional experience in the national and international IT environment, I have been able to write successful stories in many areas and with countless customers. Development in the personal and business environment has always been one of my main motivators. In information technology, there is no alternative to a willingness to develop. The increasing speed of this "(r)evolution" presents us and our customers with various challenges every day. A trusting environment seems to me to be an excellent catalyst for any kind of development. As a manager, one of my main tasks is to create the right environment. With my many years of expertise as a manager, consultant and coach, I feel, together with my management colleagues, that I am in the "right place" to successfully accompany itnetX and our customers to the next stage of development."
