The management team at itnetX combines many years of expertise in the IT sector with a clear vision for modern working in the cloud. Together, our managers are committed to continuously improving the customer experience, driving innovation and shaping the digital transformation in a sustainable way.

Nick Fuchs, CEO

Nik Fuchs has been managing the business of itnetX since April 1, 2025. He brings over 20 years of experience in the ICT industry - both in the development of new business areas and in the further development and transformation of existing areas. Most recently, he was CEO of Swisscom IT Services AG, a leading Swiss trust service provider with an international focus.

Patrick Mutzner, Head of Modern Cloud

Patrick Mutzner has been working at itnetX since October 2016 and heads up the Modern Cloud division. As an MSc in Business Informatics, he knows the company, its customers and its portfolio inside out.
"After more than 15 years in the IT industry, it is important to me to accompany companies on their journey to the cloud in a targeted and sustainable manner. Our standardized and scalable services, linked to Microsoft's Azure and M365 portfolio, form the basis for this. With the support of my team and the close exchange with my colleagues in the management team, we create real added value together."

Markus Amato, Head of Marketing & Sales

Markus Amato has been part of the Executive Board since April 2023 and is responsible for Sales & Marketing. He previously worked at Aveniq for over twelve years, including as Head of Sales Management.
"As a committed team player, I am keen to work with the team to continuously increase customer satisfaction, realize new projects and further expand itnetX's leading role in the Swiss cloud landscape."

Herbert Rickert, Head of Modern Workplace & Operations

Herbert Rickert joined itnetX in fall 2022 and brings with him over two decades of experience in the international IT environment. His focus is on Microsoft 365 and the management of complex teams.
"In an industry that is constantly evolving, it is essential to create an environment that promotes trust and development. This is exactly what I work on every day - together with my team and in consultation with the entire management team.
