We are an innovative Swiss public cloud boutique with 40 employees. In addition to specialized consulting around Microsoft 365 and Azure, we offer managed services on the Microsoft public cloud stack. To strengthen our management team, we are looking for a creative and implementation-oriented personality for the Workplace department.

What you do with us

  • Responsibility for Microsoft 365 engineering, projects, managed services and operations, with a clear focus on market, customer and sales strategies
  • Leading and developing a team of M365 Engineers and Architects, the Product Owner for our Managed Services and the Head of Service Operations - with the common goal of developing, continuously improving and operating successful services that delight our customers
  • Ensuring smooth transitions, operational procedures and support processes - especially at the interfaces between operations and engineering - while at the same time complying with relevant standards (e.g. ISO)

What you bring with you

  • At least 7 years of experience in workplace engineering and along the life cycle of managed services - ideally in a role as P&L manager, product manager, product owner or project manager
  • Proven success in service development, project business, operations and service quality
  • Experience in leading and developing teams, with a focus on collaboration and growth
  • Degree (Uni, FH, HF) or proven expertise in the subject area
  • Language skills: German and English (French an advantage)
