What you do with us

Develop and maintain strong business relationships and provide excellent customer service
Ensuring user and business needs from the definition of governance to the implementation of services within the scope of Office 365: Microsoft Endpoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Exchange Online, migration concept and realization
Anticipate user needs by leading innovation through the development and implementation of a consistent Office 365 roadmap
Technical point of contact for our customers and support for our managed services as a 3rd level engineer
Documentation of processes and procedures, as well as support in defining standards
Carrying out planned maintenance work during and outside business hours
Technical support for our sales crew

What you bring with you

Completed IT training in systems engineering with EFZ, system technician HF or equivalent; Bachelor's degree an advantage
Strong technical skills, especially in the following product and technology areas
Other Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience as a strong asset
Broad IT knowledge in the infrastructure and network sector (generalist rather than specialist)
High degree of independence, resilience, flexibility and willingness to learn
Structured way of working and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Friendly personality, confident manner in customer situations and ability to work in a team
Willingness to work in a changing environment, to constantly immerse yourself in new topics and to constantly develop yourself further
you enjoy traveling
Excellent knowledge of German; good knowledge of written and spoken English and French (B2 level or higher)
