One of Marco's particular strengths is his structured and solution-oriented approach to complex IT projects. One example of this is the Successful migration of over 4,000 mailboxes for a company in the energy sector with several thousand employees. The project placed high demands on planning, coordination and technical implementation.

Marco planned the migration step by step in close coordination with the responsible partners and internal stakeholders. The aim: to reduce operating costs while maintaining ongoing business operations without restrictions. In doing so, he included all connected peripheral systems, including archiving solutions, monitoring tools and automated mail processes.

Another central aspect of the project was the sustainable development of expertise in the company's IT team. Marco ensured that the employees were not only closely involved in the project implementation, but also built up the necessary knowledge to be able to operate and further develop the new environment independently.

Thanks to his structured planning, close coordination with all parties involved and a targeted focus on knowledge transfer, Marco was able to successfully implement the migration and at the same time create the basis for a modern and scalable communications infrastructure.
