Over the past few days, itnetX has visited customers all over Switzerland and brought them "Zämä" iced tea. We wanted to hear how our customers had fared in recent weeks, how satisfied they were with our services and where we might still need to provide assistance.

A journey through Switzerland

Let's go on a journey. It's a journey through Switzerland, from the mountains to the city, from itnetX customer to itnetX customer, in search of a way to better understand our customers and thus provide them with even better support.

Swiss Timing

Our journey starts in the Bernese Jura at the company Swiss Timing. The time fair experts operate all over the world, which is why effective communication is of central importance to them. Head of IT Jean-Marcel Haeberli enjoys our iced tea "Zämä" together with his colleagues and is pleased that he can work easily, securely and efficiently thanks to our IT solution.

Endress + Hauser flow

We continue north to Basel near the Rhine Falls, where Endress + Hauser flow, a leading provider of measuring devices, services and solutions for industrial process technology and automation, is based. Lukas Gottier and his team have been working with us for some time to take their Microsoft Azure maturity to a new level.

Institute Straumann AG

We also visited the Straumann AG institute in Basel. The company is a world leader in the field of dental implantology. When it comes to aesthetic dentistry, they stand for safety and trust. Together with Manuel Piessnegger, Head Cloud Integration & Digital Identity at Straumann Group, we took on various tasks as an Azure Cloud Partner.

Basel city administration

In the heart of Basel, we meet Tobias Fröhlich, Senior Solution Architect at Basel City Council. He is also pleased about our visit and the refreshing "Zämä". We have also taken on various tasks in the Microsoft Azure environment for IT-Basel Stadt.

In the canton of Aargau, we visited André Rupp from IT Kanton Aargau. Here, too, we are the partner for various tasks in the Microsoft Cloud environment.

Local Search

Our journey continues with our customer and partner Local Search. We are very proud to be able to support the company in the operation of the entire workplace infrastructure and look forward to actively contributing to the Local Search team's work experience with our "OneX" product.

Swica

On our last stop for the time being, we meet one of our Workplace customers. It's Thomas Rosenblunt from Winterthur. He works for Swica. Just like us at itnetX, the health insurer strives to be a market leader in terms of customer satisfaction. Swica made it to first place in the Swiss health insurance comparison 20/21. We congratulate them from the bottom of our hearts and take our example from our customer.

Personal support

Why is it so important for us to visit our customers in person at regular intervals and talk to them to evaluate how we can support them even better? Quite simply, digital is wonderful, but especially in difficult times like the current ones, face-to-face contact is simply a wonderful thing. We really value the exchange with our customers and are always learning new things. In addition, we must not forget that behind every company logo there are people and they are definitely the focus of our attention.

With our visits to our customers, we not only want to promote mutual exchange. The iced tea "Zämä" we bring with us stands for what we want to achieve with our customers when it comes to IT services: A boost to the next level, without frills but with lots of energy and "Zämä", in line with our motto: Simply work with us.
